Summary
Full Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as an entry point for future leadership roles by supporting store initiatives, engaging clients, and promoting brand values. Works collaboratively with the team to drive sales, execute company programs, and enhance customer connectivity through digital and alternative purchase channels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies to broaden the client base
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Enhance product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Uphold company policies and represent the brand experience on the sales floor
- Assist in networking and sourcing talent for the store
- Maintain productivity standards through effective store execution
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and co-workers
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
