Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps achieve store sales and profit goals. This customer-focused role supports store initiatives, promotes the Ralph Lauren brand, and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, build client relationships, and support client outreach and community initiatives.
• Support sales performance, company initiatives, team training, and alternative shopping and product discovery tools.
• Maintain store standards, productivity, and company policies while sharing feedback and opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to talent networking and sourcing.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate a register, work on the sales floor and in stock areas, and lift or climb as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
