Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by placing customers at the center of decisions.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative shopping and product discovery options.
• Participate in team training and company initiatives, and share customer and category feedback with management.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while delivering an experience aligned with brand expectations.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate registers and work on foot for multiple hours; lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the store.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
