Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role supports store initiatives, utilizes digital tools to drive sales, and contributes to a collaborative retail environment focused on customer service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer engagement
• Provide personalized service and build customer relationships and clientele
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden sales channels
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Represent and uphold brand expectations and core values

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move and operate register for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Willingness to learn and use new technology and sales tools
