Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, support store initiatives, and act as ambassadors for the brand while contributing to sales and customer engagement. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and the use of digital tools to enhance product discovery and purchasing. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends. Brand Ambassadors serve as entry level roles with potential for advancement into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital customer experiences
• Strengthen customer connectivity via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Operate register and maintain productivity on the sales floor
• Uphold company policies and brand expectations

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex high volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to operate register and work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and possible travel
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
• Planning prioritization and time management skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and alternative sales channels
