Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and help customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, builds client relationships, and represents the brand's values and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by keeping customers at the center of decisions.
• Deliver consistent customer experiences and support store and company initiatives.
• Build clientele through customer engagement and networking.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and sales.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in training, and share feedback with management.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
