Summary

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service while supporting sales goals and representing the brand in-store. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative team environment and supports the store's vision and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative shopping and purchasing options.
• Represent the brand's customer experience standards and support company initiatives and team training.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile on the sales floor; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
