Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet individual performance goals.
• Support customers with product knowledge, styling, fitting-room assistance, and available programs.
• Maintain sales-floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with customer and product feedback.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts.
