Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized product and styling guidance.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Support operational tasks, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or related experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
