Job Description

Summary

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Chesterfield, you will curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients, infusing every interaction with sophisticated style. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, you will leverage your expertise to nurture lasting personal connections and exceed goals, identifying opportunities to broaden client appreciation for the refined Ralph Lauren lifestyle.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
  • Strategize personal business growth to boost productivity through comprehensive wardrobing and digital tools.
  • Drive sales achievement by supporting team in achieving sales plans and upholding brand standards.
  • Provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with their preferences.
  • Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators and utilize tools to drive performance.
  • Adapt and showcase products based on customer needs, whether remote or in-person.
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling and business initiatives.
  • Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
  • Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques to uphold company guidelines.
  • Support a professional and positive work environment and uphold company policies.
  • Participate in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.
  • Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support store and team.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
  • Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
