Requirements- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
- Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
