Summary
Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. This role focuses on customer engagement, meeting sales objectives, and supporting team initiatives to drive performance and uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies.
- Support fitting room service and assist customers with sizing and styling.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house including opening and closing tasks.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with management on category opportunities.
- Champion a professional inclusive team environment and uphold company values.
Requirements
- Retail or related industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to follow company policies procedures and visual guidelines.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings.
