Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as units per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand standards
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines
- Perform opening and closing duties and back of house tasks
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and inventory processes
- Participate in company trainings and talent development activities
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to operate register and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends and occasional travel
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining customer experience
- Capable of building and maintaining positive working relationships
