Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on available programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation and standards.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing duties and participate in company trainings.
- Provide product feedback to management and help maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Foster a professional inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move, and operate a register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor stock areas and maintain store standards.
- Capability to complete training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
