Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through teamwork.
- Engage customers using the Polo Connect program and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain BOH processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Commitment to uphold store visual standards and company policies.
