Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand loyalty and meet sales objectives. Act as an entry level role with opportunities for advancement by supporting store standards, visual presentation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand policies.
- Engage customers with company programs such as Polo Connect and educate them on offerings.
- Provide fitting room assistance and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and participate in company trainings.
- Maintain visual standards using company guidelines and provide product feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to participate in company trainings and uphold company policies.
