Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized shopping experiences while supporting store operations and visual standards. This role is entry level and focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Support fitting room service and assist customers with sizing.
- Perform operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing responsibilities.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Support a positive, inclusive team environment and champion company values.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; may include overnight shifts and travel.
- Familiarity with sales targets and basic performance metrics.
- Willingness to participate in company training and development programs.
