Summary
Provides personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to meet individual and store sales objectives while upholding brand standards. Acts as an entry level role with opportunity for advancement and supports store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly and annual sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies.
- Engage customers in loyalty and connection programs and educate on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide product feedback to management and uphold visual standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume environment experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back rooms.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
