Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals
• Provide personalized customer service aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use technology and alternative purchase methods to broaden sales channels
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support product discovery through digital tools and processes
• Operate register and assist customers across the store areas

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver sales floor for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to operate register and adopt new technology
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
