Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations, support store initiatives, and represent brand values. The role focuses on sales performance, client engagement, and supporting team training while promoting alternative purchasing methods and digital tools. The ambassador contributes to store execution standards and helps identify category opportunities through feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients and expand the client base through creative outreach
• Provide exceptional customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Able to operate registers and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Planning and time management skills
