Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, and supporting store initiatives while representing brand values. Candidates should be team players who are curious, resourceful, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Engage clients through creative outreach and broaden product discovery methods
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
• Champion brand values and foster a customer centric environment
• Assist in networking and sourcing talent and community outreach
• Maintain productivity through effective store execution

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor and operate the register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
• Planning and prioritization and time management skills
