Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. Role supports store vision and company initiatives while driving sales and building customer connections. Position involves collaboration, training participation, and use of digital tools to enhance product discovery and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activity
• Support and execute company initiatives and store vision
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Utilize digital and alternative sales channels to support purchasing
• Deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back rooms
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
