Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales objectives and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to an inclusive team environment and helps customers discover fashion and styling options.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement objectives, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and replenishment.
• Support store operations, opening and closing responsibilities, and required training.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
