As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Cypress, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and supporting company initiatives while embodying the core values of Ralph Lauren.

• Drive business by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and support company initiatives.
• Participate in team training and utilize new technology to enhance business results.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to products.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and handle physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
