The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supports sales goals in a Ralph Lauren store. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative team and helps customers discover products through in-store and digital shopping options.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by placing the customer at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Deliver an experience aligned with brand expectations and support company initiatives and team training.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and use alternative purchasing and product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on successes and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
