Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales objectives. This customer-focused role contributes to an inclusive team environment and maintains Ralph Lauren's standards across customer interactions and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks, and store visual standards.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
