Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies.
- Assist customers with fitting room needs and sizing guidance.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing tasks.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards following company guidelines.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Familiarity with sales tools and programs to drive performance.
