Summary
Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset, support store operations, and contribute to achieving sales objectives while representing brand standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Engage customers with the Polo Connect program and educate on programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and uphold store policies.
- Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Comfort with completing visual and operational tasks to brand standards.
