Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and puts customers first. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance objectives and contribute to sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties and participate in company training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
