Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and individual performance indicators while supporting store sales plans.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, and support replenishment and floor sets.
• Share product feedback with management and contribute to an inclusive, positive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
