Part-time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Role supports sales goals, company initiatives, team training, and use of technologies to broaden product discovery and purchasing options.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through customer-focused actions
• Proactively engage customers to build clientele and strengthen customer connectivity
• Support and execute company initiatives and store vision
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Utilize technologies and alternative purchasing processes to drive business
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Represent and champion brand values and customer experience expectations

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around stock and dressing rooms
• Ability to operate register and support multiple sales channels
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
