Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through customer-focused actions
- Proactively engage customers to build clientele and strengthen customer connectivity
- Support and execute company initiatives and store vision
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Utilize technologies and alternative purchasing processes to drive business
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Represent and champion brand values and customer experience expectations
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around stock and dressing rooms
- Ability to operate register and support multiple sales channels
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
