Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and supports a customer-first shopping experience. This role contributes to sales goals, represents the brand in-store, and helps customers discover products through in-person and digital shopping options.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Support company initiatives, participate in team training, and use available technology and shopping channels to enhance customer service.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, collaborate with the team, and share feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
