Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, fitting room needs, and available programs.
• Meet individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain store standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with the team and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate a register and remain mobile on the sales floor for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
