Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand loyalty and sales. Support store operations and visual standards while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. Act as an entry point for future leadership opportunities by meeting performance objectives and representing brand values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stocking and dressing room tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Comfort working in a high volume or high profile retail environment.
