Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and community initiatives to grow the client base
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
- Operate register maintain productivity and uphold company policies and procedures
- Engage in networking and talent sourcing to strengthen the team
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift climb and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
