Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals and contributes to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs and services.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
