Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies and purchasing options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and represent the expected customer experience.
• Share customer and category feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
