Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and helps deliver a customer-first shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product, sizing, and styling.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and replenishment.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and support floor sets and other store operations.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
