Summary
Part Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, customer first service and representing the brand through styling knowledge and excellent retail execution. Role supports sales objectives, store standards, and customer engagement while contributing to a positive team environment and potential career progression into leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures
- Engage customers using company programs such as Polo Connect
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house standards
- Participate in company trainings on product, processes, and compliance
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical retail tasks
- Ability to operate a register and use point of sale systems
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
