Job Description

Summary

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Gretna, you will be passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a team player who exemplifies inclusivity and is motivated to drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business day to day and achieve sales goals.
  • Focus on the customer in all decisions and support company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training and utilize new technology to drive results.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
  • Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to product discovery.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.
Requirements
  • Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and operate the register.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
