Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. They share knowledge of fashion, styling, products, and customer programs while contributing to an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening or closing tasks.
• Educate customers about available programs and provide product and category feedback to management.
• Participate in training and uphold company policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
