Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and contributes to sales goals in a Ralph Lauren retail store. This customer-focused role supports store standards, product education, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Maintain store standards on the sales floor and in the back of house, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as required.
