Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, and supporting store initiatives while demonstrating brand values and teamwork. This position may require flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and uphold store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Engage clients through outreach, networking, and creative engagement strategies
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery through digital tools
• Maintain productivity through effective store execution and merchandising
• Operate register and assist customers on the sales floor maintaining exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to operate point of sale systems and perform retail tasks
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
• Planning prioritization and time management skills
