Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve sales goals
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Support company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technology to drive results
• Represent brand standards and deliver consistent customer experience
• Maintain sales floor and store standards
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
