Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and represents brand values. The role involves customer engagement, supporting sales performance, participating in team training, and helping execute store standards and alternative purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Operate register, maintain productivity on the sales floor, and uphold company policies
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate cash register and work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
