Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service to deliver the Ralph Lauren shopping experience. Support sales objectives and store operations while representing brand standards and contributing to an inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support monthly quarterly and annual sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies.
- Engage customers with the Polo Connect program and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets replenishment and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings including product process and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to operate register stand and be mobile for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Collaborative team player who upholds company values and policies.
