Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and support brand standards. Act as an entry point for future leadership by meeting KPIs, supporting store operations, and demonstrating product and styling knowledge. Maintain store presentation and uphold company policies while contributing to an inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support monthly and annual sales plans through teamwork and execution of brand standards.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing while maintaining store standards.
- Perform operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties.
- Use company tools to connect customers to loyalty programs and initiatives.
- Provide product feedback and communicate opportunities to management.
- Participate in company trainings on product, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and operate register systems.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stockroom and floor tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel or overnight shifts.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
