Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and collaborate with the team on brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms including sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Execute operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and uphold store policies.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or related industry experience in a high volume environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move and walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
- Capability to balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
