Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring shopping experiences with a customer first mindset, support sales objectives, and represent brand standards on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. Role is entry point for future leadership and requires teamwork, curiosity, and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to policies
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on initiatives and offerings
- Assist in fitting rooms, sizing, and maintaining store standards
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house standards
- Provide product feedback to management and help maintain visual standards
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management
