The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and delivers excellent customer service. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-first service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Share product knowledge and styling guidance, assist customers in fitting rooms, and connect customers with available programs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment, visual presentation, and opening or closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
