Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with styling and fitting-room needs, and share knowledge of products and available programs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, floor sets, and opening or closing tasks.
• Participate in company training and share customer, product, and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
